WOODS FULLER ANNOUNCES EXPANSION

Firm brings services to southwest Minnesota

(Sioux Falls, SD) – Woods, Fuller, Shultz, and Smith P.C., is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Worthington, Minnesota. Jesse A. Flynn, who has practiced in Worthington for his entire career come to us from Flynn Law, he officially joins the firm on January 1, 2023. 

A Worthington native, Flynn has practiced law in the area for more than 15 years. “Having Woods Fuller in Worthington will be a great asset to the community and surrounding areas,” he says. “I am excited to join the firm and to provide greater resources to our clients,” he adds. 

Flynn received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in 2002 and graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2006. His expertise is in the areas of real estate, business law, and title insurance. Flynn is also the City Attorney for the City of Worthington and the Examiner of Titles for Nobles County.
