EXPERIENCE:
A native of Worthington, Minnesota, Jesse has lived and worked in southwest Minnesota for most of his life, joining the Woods Fuller law firm in 2023. Jesse completed his undergraduate degree at St. John’s University and went on to complete this law degree at Hamline University School of Law.
Jesse’s practice focuses on real estate and business matters, including residential, commercial, and agricultural transactions, farmland sales and purchases, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, contracts for deed, farm leases, and business formations. Jesse also serves as the City Attorney for the City of Worthington, and the Examiner of Titles for Nobles County.
Jesse’s community work has led him to serve on the Board of Directors for the Worthington Area Foundation, Nobles County Law Library, Worthington Hockey Association, and the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, and fishing.
