Support for Next Generation of Attorneys

Woods Fuller has a long-standing relationship with the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. We believe in supporting the next generation of attorneys as they expand their knowledge and hone their legal skills.

In that spirit, the firm once again supported the Sam Masten Moot Court Competition - an annual tradition which provides first year law students with the opportunity to compete in appellate oral arguments and develop their advocacy skills outside the classroom.

Woods Fuller attorneys James Moore, Tim Shattuck, Seth Lopour, Tom Schartz, and Courtney Chapman served as judges for the various rounds. The firm also hosted its annual celebratory reception following the final round.

Congratulations to winner Jessa Howes and finalist Logan Johnson for your dedication and hard work.
