On October 5, the South Dakota state legislature passed Governor Noem’s proposed $400 million Small Business Grant Program. This program is designed to provide grants to businesses who have suffered negative financial impact due to COVID-19. The online application will open on October 13, 2020 and is scheduled to close on October 23, 2020. It is anticipated there will be a significant amount of applications, so we recommend you work quickly to prepare the required information.
