Woods Fuller Names Two New Shareholders

Woods Fuller is proud to announce the recent promotion of two attorneys to Shareholder status. Heath R. Oberloh and Jordan D. Veurink join the thirty other shareholders at the firm.

Oberloh joined the firm in 2021 and his practice focuses on business and estate planning, with a particular focus on succession planning for family-owned businesses and farms, creating and reforming South Dakota trusts and advising trustees on trust administration matters. Veurink also joined the firm in 2021, with a practice focused primarily on trust and estate planning, with additional specializations in planning for international clients, estate tax planning, business succession planning, and trust administration.
