EXPERIENCE:
Elizabeth Lewis is a business attorney who became part of the Woods Fuller law team in 1994. Beth’s practice focuses primarily on real estate and secured financing transactions.
Beth represents commercial banks and corporate borrowers on a wide range of financing matters, including lending transactions, inter-creditor agreements, letters of credit, legal opinions, and restructurings.
Beth also has extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and sales, leases, and condominium developments. She often negotiates and drafts partnership, tenancy-in-common, and other types of joint ownership agreements. Beth also advises clients on land use and environmental laws and regulations.
