EXPERIENCE:

Chris practices in the area of general business and corporate law, securities, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and renewable energy permitting. He advises companies on raising capital (private offerings), Securities and Exchange Commission public reporting duties, state securities commission and “blue sky” matters, corporate governance, state and county renewable energy permitting and compliance, intellectual property and licensing, and general contracts. He represents private and public companies and businesses in multiple industries, including agriculture and ag processing, renewable energy, food & beverage, manufacturing, real estate, and restaurants.

Chris serves on the board of directors of Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools . He is a former board member for Dakota Alliance Soccer Club and Harmony South Dakota .
