Woods Fuller Announces 2024 College Scholarship Recipients

Two regional high school seniors with big dreams for their futures are the recipients of an annual college scholarship from Woods Fuller. Sadie Berg of Humboldt, South Dakota and Nora Gabriel of Sioux Falls, South Dakota are this years’ awardees. Each receives $2,500 to be applied to their undergraduate studies next year.

Sadie is a senior at West Central High School. In the Fall she will attend Augustana University where she plans to study Biology and Biochemistry. She hopes to use her education to become a chiropractor and open a health clinic centered around the unique health needs of women.

Nora is a senior at Harrisburg High School. She will attend South Dakota Technical College in the fall where she will study early childhood development. Nora is motivated by her own neurological deficit which caused her motor delays and learning disabilities.

Both young women came highly recommended, with impressive GPAs, a depth of extracurricular activities, and both are committed to service work in their communities.

The scholarship selection committee was particularly impressed with both women’s vision, passion, and resilience in the face of challenging situations. Woods Fuller is proud to help further the education of ambitious and dedicated students like Sadie and Nora. We wish them the best of luck. The future is bright.
