American Board of Trial Advocates Elects Woods Fuller Attorney

Woods Fuller shareholder Jennifer Wosje now serves as Vice-President for the South Dakota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She was elected to that position during the South Dakota State Bar Convention in earlier this summer. She was also elected to a 3-year term, serving as the ABOTA National Board Representative for South Dakota ABOTA Chapter. She joins retired Woods Fuller attorney Gary Thimsen on that board.

ABOTA is a is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. Its mission is to promote the efficient administration of justice and the preservation of the civil jury trial right guaranteed by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA plays both state and national roles in fulfilling this mission.

Jennifer Wosje joined Woods Fuller in 2000 and became a shareholder in 2005. Jennifer practices general civil litigation, with a focus on workers’ compensation, insurance defense, and government liability.
