JDS Industries Patents Beverage Container System.

With Woods Fuller’s assistance, JDS Industries, Inc. recently applied for, and received, U.S. Patent No. 11,213,146 from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (U.S.P.T.O.) entitled “BEVERAGE CONTAINER SYSTEM.”  The inventive design includes a lid assembly for a beverage container that has a closure which rotates to close and open a sip opening of the lid.
