Siri is a Sioux Falls area native who joined Woods Fuller in 2018. She practices primarily in the areas of health care law, employment law, estate planning and tax.
Prior to joining Woods Fuller, Siri worked as Senior Counsel for the American Cancer Society in both their Washington, DC and Seattle, Washington offices, where she advised staff primarily on matters relating to tax-exempt organizations and their advocacy activities. Prior to her work at the American Cancer Society, she served as a Tax Law Specialist in the Internal Revenue Service’s Exempt Organizations Division.
Siri graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in the top 10% of her class and served as Lead Articles Editor on the South Dakota Law Review. Prior to joining the Law Review, Siri's article entitled Lobbying and Political Restrictions on § 501(c)(3) Organizations: A Guide for Compliance in the Wake of Increased IRS Examination was chosen for publication. As an undergraduate at the University of South Dakota, Siri received her degree in political science with minors in piano performance, Spanish and civic leadership.
Outside of work, Siri enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two golden retrievers. She is a volunteer at her church and serves on the University of South Dakota Farber Fund Board.
Siri is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
