Since joining the firm in 1978, Brad has worked tirelessly for the interests of his clients. He shares his expertise whether in the role of adjunct professor or guest lecturer, and has received numerous recognitions through “The Best Lawyers in America” and “Great Plains Super Lawyers.”

Brad’s community work has led him to serve on the Board of Directors for the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation, Sioux Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the South Dakota Symphony, the South Dakota Friends of Public Broadcasting, and the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.

He shares his successes with wife Candace, daughters Nicole and Anne and families. When he’s not surrounded by stacks of paperwork, Brad enjoys finding time to travel, fly fish, and maybe even give golf a try.
