Jeff practiced in Sioux Falls and Minneapolis before joining Woods Fuller in 2005.   Jeff’s more than 25 years of experience add to his extensive capabilities in the areas of intellectual property law.  Clients seeking advice in patents, trademarks, and copyrights often rely on Jeff’s broad-based knowledge. 

A registered patent attorney, Jeff represents clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  He also counsels clients on the use and enforcement of their patents, as well as counseling clients when patents are asserted against them.  Additionally, Jeff is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
