Woods Fuller accepting applications for 2024 college scholarship program

The Woods Fuller Law Firm is committed to giving back to the communities in which our attorneys practice. The firm proudly supports a wide variety of community organizations, programs and events, and strongly encourages its attorneys to serve as volunteers, board members and pro-bono legal representatives.

We are currently accepting applications for our college scholarship program, which awards two $2,500 scholarships to eligible high school seniors in the communities in which we serve. We are proud to be able to support local seniors as they pursue their educational goals.

Eligibility requirements include the following:

  • Must be a high school senior, attending an accredited post high school educational institution

  • Have not previously received a Woods Fuller scholarship

  • Reside within the counties of Lincoln or Minnehaha in South Dakota, or Sioux or O-Brien in Iowa, or Nobles in Minnesota

To Apply, Submit the Following Information in One Email Submission:

  • Completed Application

  • Official High School Transcript

  • Two Personal Recommendations, including specific examples regarding character, dependability and other distinguishing characteristics

  • Essay of 300 words or less, describing why you should be considered for a Woods Fuller Scholarship.

    The essay should describe how a college, university, or technical education will contribute to your career plans.

  • 30-60 second video on Youtube or Vimeo describing how you plan to use your education to make a difference in the future. Please include a link to the video in the body of your email.
