Vince is a native of Sioux Falls who joined Woods Fuller in 2004, focusing on general business law and commercial litigation. He represents a variety of clients including large and small business, construction companies, banks and farmers. He handles commercial litigation matters ranging from contracts to collections on a regular basis.

Vince also has governmental relations experience, having represented clients in front of city councils, county commissions, administrative agencies, and the South Dakota legislature.

He served six years on the board of the Sioux Falls Youth Hockey Association, and remains active in youth hockey. In his free time, Vince enjoys hunting, fishing, the outdoors, athletics, and spending time with his family.
